How It Works
The first conversation is free. Thirty minutes. You tell me what's going on. I listen and ask a few questions. At the end, we both decide if this is the right fit — no pressure either way.
Sessions are 60 minutes, one-on-one. We talk about what's actually happening — the apology you keep composing in your head, the pattern from your own father you keep catching yourself repeating, the conversation with your kid that keeps replaying. I don't give advice. I help you see clearly.
The real work happens between sessions. You'll leave with something specific to try — a conversation to open, a reaction to catch, a moment to show up differently. Then we look at what happened, what surprised you, what you noticed. And we go from there.
You set the pace. Some men come weekly. Some every two weeks. Some disappear for a month when life gets heavy and come back when they're ready. You drive. No contracts. No packages. Your founding rate is locked in for the duration of our work together.
